I don’t want my credit card info to be saved anywhere online
We don’t record any credit card information during your transaction. For customers with active subscriptions, we do keep a credit card on file.
How often do I get charged for subscriptions?
Subscriptions are dependent on the plan you chose: monthly, every 3 months, or every 6 months. You can make changes to your subscription at this link.
How long do refunds take effect?
Agreed-upon refunds are processed by our team right away. The funds usually will reflect back to the original mode of payment within 2-3 business days but can take up to more depending on your bank and its policies.
My card was charged but I don't see my order
You may have forgotten to include your email address on your order. Kindly send the following details to our support team so we can sort it out:. Name. Shipping Address. Phone Number
